Fundraising Director

Stéphanie is a Fundraising Director based in AVP’s Paris office, responsible for managing relationships with current and prospective Limited Partners across the AVP platform, with a particular focus on French-speaking markets.

Prior to joining AVP in 2025, Stéphanie worked at Armen, where she focused on fundraising and investor relations activities. Before Armen, Stéphanie held a business development role at bfinance, leading client relationship efforts across Europe, advising French-speaking institutional investors and asset owners on illiquid investment strategies. She spent over 15 years at AXA Investment Managers, holding senior roles across client solutions, product engineering, and fixed income strategy, where she helped design and distribute investment solutions globally.

Stéphanie holds degrees from Bergische Universität Wuppertal and from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
